Wellmax Computer is owned and operated by David N. Ward.  David has been working in the computer industry for 24 years. We have been providing world class service for small and medium based businesses since 2001.  We strive to provide a complete service for your business.  From workstations to servers, backup, email and VPN and other remote computing solutions to voice, WIFI and network design.  We work with our customers to listen for their needs and concerns and pride ourselves on coming up with solutions based ideas for the technical challenges that businesses face every day.

Besides our technical expertise we pride ourselves on communication and follow through.  We have met many customers who had someone who was taking care of their technical needs but somehow failed to return calls or follow through on items they had committed to. We know that if you cant communicate an idea or concept you probably cant implement it either.

Wellmax Computer covers a wide range of areas both technically and geographically.  We are based in the San Fernando Valley but support customers from Santa Clarita to Irvine, from Santa Barbara to Riverside.  We have an extensive support system and provide onside support and remote support using our customized remote system.

At Wellmax we like to think of ourselves as more than just a service company. We like to think that we bring value to our customers. It’s one thing to be reactive and take care of issues at they present themselves but this is non-productive, time consuming and in the long run less economical. The goal is to be proactive, consuming less time and becoming more economical. If you take these into consideration then the customer usually ends up being more productive, thereby increasing their value.

One of our most important core values is communication and commitment. What does this mean? Very simple…..we respond in a timely manner and we show up when we say we will. Sure things come up but we communicate. Don’t leave the customer hanging. How many times have I heard a new customer tell me that they have someone who is good but he hasn’t responded to their phone calls.
