I am a premium member of Geek Squad at Best Buy. My Dell laptop died and I had to buy new laptop at Best Buy. I asked Geek Squad to transfer data from old computer to new computer. They said they took it completely apart and hard drive was dead and could not be accessed. I searched and found Wellmax Computers – David Ward. He got the hard drive out, attached a small adapter to it and we could see EVERYTHING! Great service David!!!
